Draft-to-Launch Essentials

At Credible Ink, we help nonfiction authors transform finished manuscripts into market-ready books that look and read like they came from a traditional publisher, without giving up rights or royalties.

Draft-to-Launch Essentials is the simplest, most efficient path from working draft to finished book. You work directly with Molly through every stage of design, production, and launch, with the same precision and creative direction that define every Credible Ink title. It's built for authors with a solid manuscript who want professional polish, visual quality, and guided publishing support without unnecessary complexity.

Ownership, Royalties & The Credible Ink Partnership

Every Credible Ink author keeps 100 % of rights, royalties, and accounts.

Your KDP and IngramSpark dashboards are set up in your name — you receive payments directly and retain full ownership of your intellectual property.

When a Credible Ink ISBN is used, our imprint appears as the publisher of record in industry metadata. This designation is administrative, not contractual: it reflects our production and publishing oversight, not ownership of your work. You remain the copyright holder and recipient of all royalties.

Authors publishing through the Essentials Package may choose whether their book lists their own name or the Credible Ink imprint as the publisher on the copyright page and retailer listings, subject to the ISBNs being registered in the appropriate imprint. In all cases, you own your book and your sales accounts.

Credible Ink is not a vanity press or a traditional publisher.
We do not acquire rights, control your distribution accounts, or take a percentage of your sales.

Instead, we act as a strategic self‑publishing partner — combining editorial, design, and production expertise to ensure your book meets traditional‑publisher standards while you maintain full creative and financial control.

This model gives you the best of both worlds:

  • The credibility of professional publication

  • The control and profitability of independent ownership

  • A creative partnership that treats your book as a strategic asset, not a product to exploit

You bring the expertise. We bring the structure, design, and strategy to translate it into authority.
